The Bucs win against the West Ottawa Panthers 5 - 1!
Will Verduin had two goals and Hunter Balangero, Ian Hibbard, and Cody Horton each tallied one for Grand Haven.
Will Mulligan had three assists and Zach Curry, Cody Horton, and Tyler Petersen each had one for the Bucs.
Zach Kooi was in goal for Grand Haven.
The Bucs outshot the Panthers 48-13.
The Bucs overall record is 16-3-0-1 with an OK Tier II conference record of 8 - 1.
The Bucs host Reeths Puffer in an OK Tier II matchup Wednesday February 10, 8:00 at the Edge Ice Arena.

Congratulations to the 17 GHHS varsity hockey players who are on the HONOR ROLL for the first trimester. This is an outstanding accomplishment and I am very proud of what you have achieved.
Our mission this year is to compete up to our capability every shift of every game and display sportsmanship...win or lose. We have 20 players this year who are committed to doing just that. We have a good mix of returning players and talented newcomers. We are scheduled to compete in the Reethes Puffer tournament at Thanskgiving, Jenison at Christmas, and our non conference schedule features many traditional rivals. We look forward to a very competitive conference schedule and competing for the grand prize in the State tournament.
